Buying a house should be a thing of Joy and not emotional distress and time delay. I did not give up on him even after my agent express disappointment, we miss the first closing date request for same document multiple times , the process is characterized by uncertainty , missed the second by a breath of hair, it took about a month and two weeks to close . I am glad it is over but would not want someone i know to go through same emotional distress and uncertainty.
