Mike came highly recommended by my realtor. We had a few hiccups along the way as I was searching for my first investment property but Mike handled everything with professionalism as a few deals fell through. Ultimately we closed on my first deal the other day and Mike was great at answering my questions and thoroughly explaining what type of loan would benefit me the most with my particular situation. I look forward to working with Mike, Carl, and Ryan in future endeavors. Highly recommended!
