Paul was very thorough and detail oriented. I had some pretty specific questions and he had very specific answers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again. In past experiences with other lenders I felt like I was dealing with the stereotypical used car dealer. Dealing with Paul made me feel like I was working with a finance professional, because that's what he is.

Paul was available whenever we had questions. When we decided to move forward Paul was on it, there was no lag time, he got moving on our loan immediately. Then, he kept us informed the whole way through.

Paul was great to work with on a refinance of my own home. As I real estate agent I have worked with him several times helping other clients buy homes. But this time it was through the lens of a consumer, and his service is second to none from any angle. Thanks Paul!

I was already in the market prior to the pandemic, while dealing with a variety of loan officers and lack of communication. A coworker referred me to Paul Stivers and had nothing but good things to say. I am here to say Paul has gone the EXTRA mile and been nothing but TRANSPARENT, INFORMATIVE and RESOURCEFUL! As a first time Homebuyer there’s just things you don’t understand and he went out of his way to communicate and break it down and I really truly appreciate him for that. Thank You!
